Meal Service
During the course different and varied menus are offered. These are divided into three kinds: Infants menu, Primary and ESO (Secondary Compulsory Education) Menu and Upper Secondary School Menu. The infants’ menu is characterised by dishes prepared in keeping with the age of these pupils (1-5 years old). Fruit and vegetable smoothies and purées, pasta, meat and fish in selected proportions, preparation and presentation which makes them easier to consume by our younger pupils.
The Primary and Secondary School menus, intended for middle school and older pupils, have different characteristics and include beans, chickpeas, lentils and stews, which come with organic grains and vegetables, as well as meat, fish and pasta served in larger proportions.
